TTTXtreme

An extended version of Tic-Tac-Toe. I started this in January 2024, right at the start of my Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD) studies at NHL Stenden Leeuwarden, as a website. I picked it up again in July 2024 as an Android app, though it was never released or developed further.

TTTXtreme works like this: instead of a single 3x3 board, each cell contains its own separate tic-tac-toe game, so you're suddenly playing across 10 boards at once: your MAIN board, with a mini board inside every cell of that main board.

The first player starts on any mini board they like. Whichever cell they pick then determines which mini board (i.e. which cell of the main board) the next player has to play on, unless that mini board has already been won/finished, in which case they're free to play anywhere.

Beyond development, this project also involved a lot of design work.
